Consumer Protection Attorney

We're seeking an exceptional attorney for our Longwood office to join the team! If you want the freedom to grow at a firm that’s invested in your future, keep reading.

As an attorney at The Consumer Rights Advocacy Firm, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases while helping people who have been a victim of corporate abuse. You will draft motions and pleadings, negotiate settlements, handle court appearances, and prepare cases for trial. You'll have substantive client contact as well as significant involvement in case strategy and management.

The ideal candidate will have:

Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation experience and/or other consumer protection experience;
Federal and state litigation experiance;

Excellent analytical skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Law Clerk

We're seeking an outstanding law clerk for our Longwood office! As a law clerk with The Consumer Rights Advocacy Firm, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases while helping people who have been a victim of corporate abuse. You'll play an important role in the firm as you work with a collaborative legal team. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the daily operations of our consumer protection law practice, including drafting legal documents for review;
Conducting legal research on questions of law; and
Corresponding with clients, courts, and others via phone and email.
